PRICING: Prices are in USD and are subject to change without notice. All orders are subject to price in effect at time order is placed. Prices include shipping unless stated otherwise. Prices do not include sales tax.
AVAILABILITY: MB Products does not guarantee the availability of any item and reserves the right to discontinue or change the technical specifications of its products at any time without notice.
SHIPPING: All items are shipped fully insured via USPS. A tracking number will be provided by request or automatically delivered via email. Additional insurance, international shipping, and expedite services are available at the buyer's expense.
HANDLING: Typical handling/fulfillment time is 1-3 days, but may vary depending on services requested and product availability.
WARRANTY: MB Products warrants its products to be free of defects in workmanship at the time of sale. MB Products is not responsible for damages caused by modification, improper installation, lack of maintenance or improper operation. Warranty is only extended to the original buyer.
MB Products reserves the right to inspect a product submitted with a claim before having any obligation under this limited warranty. MB Products, at it's discretion, shall repair or replace the defective unit covered by this warranty.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE: All MB products should be inspected, maintained regularly, and kept clean in a manner consistent with recommended scheduled maintenance. That information can be found in the owner's manual for your Zenoah, Chung Yang, RC, or Go Ped product. Failure to do so may void product warranty.
RESERVATION OF RIGHTS: MB Products reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason. We also reserve the right to cancel orders or terminate customer accounts, at our sole discretion, for any reason without prior notice or liability. In the event of order cancellation, we will make reasonable efforts to promptly notify the affected customer and provide a refund where applicable.

Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer for any reason, without explanation.
Discrimination Prohibition: We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, or any other protected characteristic as outlined by applicable law.

Failure to Comply: Customers who fail to comply with our terms and conditions, policies, or applicable laws may be denied service.
Safety Concerns: We prioritize the safety and well-being of our customers and staff. If a customer's behavior poses a safety risk or creates an unsafe environment, we reserve the right to deny service.
Reservation of Rights: Our decision to deny service to a customer is at our sole discretion and may be made without prior notice.
No Obligation to Explain: While we strive to provide excellent customer service, we are not obligated to provide an explanation for our decision to deny service.
Legal Compliance: We will deny service to any customer whose request or behavior violates any applicable laws or regulations.
